  • Favorite coffee in the city. I love coffee. I consider myself a "Coffee Connoisseur." Out of all the spots in the city that I've tried so far, Rising Star is my favorite. The one I go to frequently is part of the Hyatt Regency. I always order something different, so I get to experience it all. Not one coffee has ever disappointed me. I'm so obsessed with the coffee and the brand, I bought one of their sweatshirts. It's super simple with the word "COFFEE" on the front, and the Rising Star Coffee Roasters logo on the back. I wear it frequently. If you want a good coffee, and great service, go to Rising Star Coffee Roasters. I wish I could give this place 10 stars.
