We've been OG customers for ~2 years. Generally, we've been happy with our service, coverage, and customer service. We had one very sticky situation recently though--OC contracted with a company that simply doesn't make the grade (poor reviews all around, horrible services, multiple no-shows/no calls, no communication. A really, really bad contractor.) Several customer service calls yielded almost no results until one OG rep, V.C. stepped up to the plate and helped us. She facilitated a refund to us for our out of pocket expenses that became necessary after the contractor provided utterly destroyed part of our AC unit. V.C. is the reason we're likely to continue our OG coverage next year.
