  • Two stars for the employees. I've rented here for six years. Loved the old managers. Then Bert came and he's a very efficient and nice guy. Super helpful. The problem is the staff. Every one so far is flat out rude. The new girl is the rudest so far. Nice storage place but only deal with Bert if you want a good experience. Well, unless you purposely like to deal with rude people.
