  • Don't bother calling cut rate unless you can be flexible with their schedule. Lady on phone said 8-1. I said 8 am and she said can't book 8am needs to be in window 8-1 and they call you 30 min before. Really? Can't book a solid time frame for a customer? Doesn't seem like their into customer service so I would rather not!
