  • Too bad there's no such thing as a zero star! Horrific service!! I waited in the drive-through for almost 15 minutes. When I got to the window they handed me my scone and I gave them $100 bill. He had me wait another couple of minutes before he came back and told me he did not have change. I had a $4 on me (in addition to $100 bill). I was still a few cents short so could not pay for my coffee. He never handed me my cup of coffee and he asked me for the scone back. I left there after over 15 minutes of waiting for nothing! The worst part of this is probably that he took the scone back from me after it had been in my car for at least a couple of minutes. How does he know I didn't touch it? I didn't! But that's not the point. I'm guessing they sold that same scone to someone else. I'll never go back to this location!!! Gross!!!
