  • A wonderful respite from the huge, tasteless portions of unhealthy food at many of the other hotel restaurants. Canyon Ranch Cafe features mainly organic and locally sourced ingredients, including free-range eggs and grass fed beef - personally I think when you start with good quality ingredients it's hard to go wrong. The food here is outstanding and I'm so glad I stumbled across it (thanks Twitter!)... they'll deliver to you while you're enjoying a spa service. Fresh squeezed orange, carrot and ginger juice - YUM... Wild ahi tuna sandwhich, OMG... Can't wait to try it for breakfast as room service here at the Palazzo is just terrible.
