  • The absolute worst ISP out there! If I could rate 0 stars I would. Connection is weak and drops constantly. I rely on Skype calls to keep in touch with family, but it's proving impossible with this slow and terrible service. Video calls are constantly dropped, streaming is a nightmare, and download speeds are abysmal. Every time I've called customer support, they're rude, don't bother answering questions, and generally just sound uninterested. Instead of giving vague and unhelpful answers, please try to help your customers out. Will be switching ISPs as soon as possible.
