| - I had to choose this practice because of my health insurance coverage. I liked the fact that it was close to my home. I called in, made an appointment, tripled checked that my insurance was taken with this clinic and did a happy dance waiting for my appointment. On the day of my appointment, I received a call at 10:30am, saying the doctor is out sick today and you need to reschedule. I call them back and the appointment lady (not the first person who was sweet as apple pie when I scheduled the appointment) is super rude. 3/4's into our conversation, she hangs up on me, doesn't bother to call back. I call back, and say, you hung up on me, thanks for calling back. "We don't do call backs". Fine. I rescheduled my appointment and they were like, get here a half-hour before your appointment time to fill out the paperwork. I get there 40 minutes before my appointment. First, they shove a form in my face, call your insurance to make sure our doctor is assigned as your primary. Fine. Did it. Filled out all of the forms in triplicate. Sit there for an hour. Then some old lady walks in with a minor emergency and even though she doesn't have an appointment, they take her back in front of me. Really? Around 5:30, thirty minutes after my appointment, I ask the front desk when I am going to be taken back. Don't know. Doctor is running behind. 15 minutes later I ask again. Oh, doctor is running late. There are three patients in exam rooms in the back. I ask, why did you take the walk in before me? I had an appointment. Oh, she is old. Really? Thanks but no thanks. Don't know how long it is going to take to get you back there.
