  • Got update from credit card co, they refunded the leftover deposit money like they said. That's good. So while customer svc can be a bit hit or miss in terms of courteousness, overall they came thru. Again we had no issues with our vehicle and got a minivan for half of what it would have cost at a big-name place. But we didn't break down. The stories I read of people who broke down were pretty unnerving. Overall our experience was acceptable. I didn't like the fees at the end. I actually rented from these guys a number of years ago and had a similarly mixed experience, though at the time it was run under a different name.
