  • Absolutely worst facial I've ever had. The girl obviously didn't know or didn't care. She also had awful breath! The manager doesn't care as long as she is getting memberships sold. I've been to this location twice and each time I have had an awful experience. This is the worst massage envy. Don't go to this location. The girl was rough with my facial massge and rushed through it. Very bad energy. I've been to others and haven't had such bad facials. Very sloppy applying mask and it just didn't feel right. They don't care what they are doing! I will go to the others and avoid the 2 in this area from now on.
