The managers here are extremely rude. Have no respect for their customers. The short dark haired white lady manager blamed me as the cause of my phone overheating and refused to put in an order to exchange it. A few weeks later the same phone is recalled for exactly that issue. I also did a warranty exchange on my wife's phone which was cleared by T-Mobile through Customer Service and also another store. T-Mobile said it would have to be shipped to this store since it's closest to me, fine that's understandable. Today my wife went to go pick up the warrantied phone that was waiting for her and JOSH refused to give it to her, again another employee stating it was OUR fault the phone was malfunctioning. Also "IT'S PEOPLE LIKE YOU THAT ARE COSTING T-MOBILE MONEY" He's lucky I wasn't there with my wife. How dare he talk to ANYONE that way. Really?!?! If it's our fault then why did T-Mobile customer service AND another store say it wasn't. Called customer service right now and they said they would just ship the phone to me personally rather than to the store and apologized for JOSH's actions. I will never go back to this store, save yourself the time and go to 95th Ave and Camelback. Everyone there is friendly and doesn't treat you like garbage!!!!!!
