To the manager that wouldn't price match a bark collar which was selling in store for $70 and was online for $30... Hey? guess what... I wasn't trying to get one over on you, I told you wasn't a big deal you wouldn't price match it... It was from an online retailer that you wouldn't price match. No big deal but don't ask me to look at my phone and then proceed to tell me that it wasn't the same collar. I know that it was, I'm not stupid I don't need any further excuses or reasons why you won't do it. I feel bad not doing a price match was warranted as you'd said it was a online retailer that you don't price match. However the fact you continue to come up with reasons why you wouldn't do her after I already agreed was really poor customer service.
