  • I have been here numerous times since moving into the neighborhood late last year and I had to bump it up to 5 stars! The people here are always so friendly and helpful and are always smiling! On top of that, recently one banker made the greatest impression on me. His name is Brandon Garcia. I recently flew my retired mother to Vegas for a visit. She had mentioned that she needed to order checks from Chase, so that they would be there when she flew home in a couple of weeks. Naturally, I took her to my Chase branch in my neighborhood where we were greeted by Brandon. The checks cost somewhere in the neighborhood of $18. I wanted to pay this fee for her. Unfortunately, this has to be debited directly out of her account. So I just told my Mom I would give her the money for her to apply to her account. Without hesitation, Brandon gave my Mom his card and told her to call him when it was debited out and that he would reverse the charge for her! Wow! Let me tell you, I was wildly impressed by this unsolicited act of kindness! Class move by Mr Garcia! Thank you again. I think I need to make this my primary bank! ...after all, they hooked Mama up! 5 stars!
