Hands down the best macarons in Toronto and trust me I've tried them all. I would have given this place a five star for their macarons but my complaint is considering the price that they are charging you (which is top dollar) they only give you a plastic little bag to hold the Macaron's in, instead of a nice box that most other places will give you. I think if you buy at least 6 it should come with a cute box. Just my opinion. I also think the colouration of the macarons should be a little more on the pastel side as I think they used too much dark food colouring which gives the macarons an unnatural colour, but once again that's my own personal opinion. Everything else is spot on.
You must eat the macarons at room temperature to really get the 100% true macaron experience. Macarons should not be crunchy. They should have a slightly crisp exterior and a melt in your mouth interior which these definitely DO! I've tried the best ones from Paris and these definitely are the closest I've tried in Toronto.
