  • We brought in our 2011 Ford Expedition for an oil change and the mechanic that inspected our vehicle said that we needed to change out our power steering fluid, flush and replace brake fluid, needed to replace our air filter and a strut needed to be replaced as it was leaking. Long and short of it was in all the Ford vehicles we have owned over the last 20 years never had we been told we need to change any of these fluids and we obtained a 2nd opinion on the strut and the fluids. He (a retired Ford Mechanic) stated very slight leak but good to go at least another year on the strut but to keep an eye on it. Power steering fluid was fine as well as the brake fluid. As for the air filter, when we lifted up the hood on our vehicle and noticed all the dust on everything, one would think that we would see hand prints or something around the air filter as you have to take it apart to inspect the air filter but noticed none of the dust across the air filter was disturbed. Will never go there again. Disappointing service. Note that this only applies to their service center and not their sales department.
