  • One star because I can't give them zero. I took them my iPad to get the glass fixed and THEY actually BROKE my iPad and I have to get a new one. I've taken it two other places and they can't seem to find or fix the problem. Fix it wireless says it must have been an issue from when the glass broke and it just started after the glass was replaced. I was able to use my iPad while the glass was broken but now I can't even use it after taking it to them. I am a student and my text books are on there and I can't even read them. And I can't afford a new iPad. This place is a joke. And the technician never even talked to me. And the second time I took it to them they told me it would be ready first thing in the morning and I said I would be by after work so they didn't even start working on it until after I got there because I got off work early.
