  • I was introduced to Mitch at Allstate through a friend who owns a car repair facility. Problem was my friend works only on Honda and Acuras and I drive a Ford Excursion. From the first phone call to the day I picked up my car I was completely impressed and satisfied. Mitch and Nicole were both great to deal with, took the time to explain everything to me, and gave me options along the way as to what upgrades I had mentioned I wanted installed for better towing ability. Mitch also invited me down to look at the broken 2nd gear sprag after he had dismantled my transmission and showed me the upgraded part that would be replacing that piece. Our V10 Excursion has never performed better, and I am very, very happy I chose Allstate Transmissions to repair my broken transmission. Mitch - you have a customer for life and I wear my Allstate Transmissions t-shirt with pride. Thanks!
