  • First of all, why are the rentals sooooo far away from the airport??? I never realized this all the years I lived in Ohio b/c I never needed a rental but when we come back to visit now it is a pain point!!! We have the Executive Elite status so we pretty much walk in and pick out whatever care we want bypassing the desk. This is SUCH a great perk, I hate waiting at the counter!!
