  • We had nothing but problems when we stayed at Sandpiper Apartments. Our living room flooded several times due to faulty sprinklers, and even flooded the balcony above us, leaking though the roof. They spray painted the roof to fix the stain. The ceiling above our bathtub was cracked and caving in and they didn't respond to our calls on that. Screens on the windows and door are flimsy and will detach on a windy day. The sprinkler in front of my car (in my parking spot) of course malfunctioned, spraying my car every day. I went more than 5 times to the office to get it fixed. The response time is not exactly efficient. And let's not forget the entire week the whole complex went without water and all they did at the end was refund our 35 water bill. Wow. My building plumbing also went down for a week and their solution to that was to give me a room to a key to use an empty apartment's toilet. With a building of other tenants. And at the end of it all, they took the security deposit and wanted more. Rent here at your own risk.
