  • I rarely am so incredibly pleased with service but in this particular situation I sincerely was. Tony, who I believe to be the owner, had unparalleled customer service skills and made the experience extremely painless. I had some damage to the driver side door and the driver side rear bumper. I sent pictures to Tony and requested an online quote. When I arrived, you noted that the damage was more severe than he anticipated but that he would honor the quote that he gave me online. He told me that it would take four days to complete the bodywork. After two days, he gave me a call with an update saying that it would still take the amount of time that he previously indicated and give me an update on how the work was going. Finally, I arrive to pick up the car and it was detailed spotless, and I could not even tell where the damage previously was. As for the rear bumper, this was an opportunity for Tony to really take a vantage of me and charge me an arm and a leg for the repair to this unrelated damage but instead, he did it as a courtesy because he said it was so minor. The reason I had initially not gotten the work done over a year ago when the damage initially occurred was because I was concerned at the $1000+ price tag that was likely attached. I will not even hesitate the next time someone asks me about a place to have bodywork repairs completed here in Las Vegas. Thank You, Tony!!
