I called to make a phone order and was put on hold. After 15 minutes, I was hung up on. When I went to the store the MANAGER, Essence, told me that it is their policy to ignore phone customers when the walk in line is busy. She offered no apology for the inconvenience. She simply said that the walk in customers take priority. That would be more acceptable if they had communicated that to me when I called instead of wasting my time.
