This store is not as good as I expected, I kind of regret going there as I don't feel they care about solving the issue with my phone.
I went there to exchange the cell phone I just got from there exactly two weeks ago because it does have a problem with WiFi connection.
But they told me I miscounted the date, and it was one day late for exchange, I was completely disappointed because the first time I felt the counting way in Best Buy is so special that I can't not keep up with. So the problem of my cell phone is not solved at all. I went there but nothing changed. I don't want any other one experience this bad service.
