  • This was my first time going to Alamo it says full hand car wash when I showed up there's people pulling into a automatic car wash so it is not a full hand wash right off the bat a lie. I paid for the gold wash with wax he spent the entire time waxing it with a buffer and did not clean the interior at all still dust on the dashboard and everywhere black markings from hands on the door handles the interior wasn't even touched the biggest waste of $50. I'll make that $55 because I tipped him five bucks for apparently not doing his job... and to add to it the employees are all obviously felons or people on parole/house arrest because it's hard to hide an ankle bracelet, so there is no true care just a bunch of people that can't be employed anywhere else because of their history... I asked for an air freshener and the dude told me he didn't speak English.
