This is based on a call to them, mind you. Worst customer service. Rang like 30 times before someone picked up and quickly asked to put me on hold, then put me on hold without waiting for my answer. After awhile she picked up and I requested availability of an item. She had me on hold again to check this, but after a while the cheesy On-Hold-Music turned off and the call seemed to be in limbo. Called again, rang about 30 times, then got put on hold immediately, without my say on it. Hung up, called AGAIN, same girl picked up, asked for the SKU# and took forever to check. Just...godawful.
