  • I called a few "gypises" advertise on one of the popular websites. Couldn't get a precise cost and felt concerned with their inability to even speak English. I then called Bill in the am to see if he could squeeze me in. He was at my property in 30 minutes, changed 3 locks in record time. Gave me a very fair price IN ADVANCE. (As opposed to the others who wanted to "let me know" when they got paid their trip charge. Bill is a class act and a phenomenal locksmith...as a Realtor, he is now my "go to" guy!
