  • I meant to update this review after my last visit to Zen. The manager contacted me to come in and try another massage. This massage was much better and lasted the full time! My husband and I booked a couples massage like we normally do. We were brought in 5 minutes late and the massage ended 8 minutes early. That is almost 15 minutes of massage time I missed. The past couple of times I've been I noticed the 50 minute massage was actually more like 45 or 40, but the last time it was more obvious. My therapist reeked of cigarette smoke making it really hard for me to relax. I haven't been back since this time even though they have sent tons of coupons and offers.
