  • STOP WARNING! Do not do business with this dealership. I had such a nightmare with them. First when you do finally buy the car and sign the paperwork. Immediately they go into i dont give a crap mode. You cant find anyone to answer questions or help. Now i bought my car in 2014.. I dont liked yelping but this last situation with service has me bugging out. Ive had a couple of bad experiences with the service dept before. So when i found out i had to go back to them for service on my dings and dent package i purchased. I already was dreading it. Sure enough i get there right on time for my appointment to remove the dents on my car. Here comes Mr Manager named Tye i believe his name is holding his starbucks coffee in hand i believe that was his name hes bald white guy thats in service. He say good morning i tell him why im there. He says well who did you make the appointment with. I said a young lady i cant remember her name. I told him i bought the 3 in one insurance on my car from them. He said did you bring your paperwork i said shoot i forgot it. He said well someone is gonna have to pay the guys repairing your car. I said is there anyway you can look it up using my vin # he said no.. At this point his attitude has me boiling inside. He has that i dont care attitude and that look joined with a smurk. Come on we are grown here we know when someone is being an Ass. I said my paperwork is at home i forgot it and i live 30 min from here i have a sick baby at home i had to find a babysitter to watch her so i can come here are you sure you cant find out for me. He said nope. Come back with the papers we have no way of knowing anything without them. REALLY?? I just told him my baby is sick at home.. WTH ?? WOW!!!But before this, i caught on to his rudeness as i expected. I had asked him for a manager he said that was him. I was surprised because managers should be helpful and caring leaders. The staff will look up to them and want to be like them and this guy is horrible no wonder the service dept staff is so rude they are following this creep. Anyway i asked for someone above him he said he was IT! Hes the man! That there was no one else above him. I said really now.. We exchanged words and we ruffled each others feathers. Then he calmed down told me to get the papers so they can see what they can do.. Really and waist my time again get upset and get sick.. If i never have to step into Sahara Dodge again it will be a happy life. I have had another run in with Josh about my rims in the past but this is long enough. If your looking for a good Dodge dealer go to TOWBIN Dodge they are the best at everything service and sales. I called Sahara Dodge and i spoke to the nicect man on the phone he said he would help me out but im not holding my breath. Good luck and stay away from these guys..
