  • This bank is still stuck in the 90's. I have a car loan with them that I got through the dealership. The loan itself has low interest and affordable payment but They sure do make it hard to have a loan with them. They don't offer any online payment for any of their loans. You have to open a checking account to be able to do online bill pay which is insane to me. You have to actually walk in with physical checks to get any bill pay set up. The branches are all old and the people are super rude. It took close to an hour just to set up a bill pay which to me was such a waste of time. In 2016 almost every loan provider offers online pay, except Sunwest FCU. Recently I had to switch bank accounts and had to redo my auto bill pays and they wouldn't even give me the info for my loan over the phone. Not even with verification! I had to yet again walk in a branch just to get account information to do bill pay with my new bank! Such old archaic procedures and I'm shocked they're even still open with how little they offer. If it wasn't for the very low interest rate they would have zero business.
