Tried Egg Works on S Eastern after it opened. I found it easy to get into and reasonably priced. Location is great as well.
However the food just wasn't very inspired. I did not expect something special but the food was just pretty basic. Honestly I think you get more creativity at Ihop. I had the steak and eggs. A pretty simple breakfast dish and found the steak to be underseasoned and dull. Still waiting for that great off the strip breakfast restaurant. Maybe one day!
