  • As a graphic designer, when my computer crashed I almost had a heart attack. I felt hopeless, afraid and did not know where to turn. Thankfully, a friend referred me to Secure Data Recovery Services and I truly feel that they are lifesavers! My rep, Alec Sakenes was incredibly helpful and reassuring. He explained to me in detail, and language that I was able to understand, the inner-workings of my hard drive and what causes it to crash. They were able to do a diagnostics to determine the damage and I cannot explain in words the feeling of relief at hearing that they were able to do a full data recovery on my hard drive. Alec walked me through the entire process, never left me hanging... I was impressed by how swiftly he was able to respond to any question and how quickly they were able to perform the recovery. I was also impressed by the design and function of their website, the individual secure customer profile page that I received that contained all of my account information including my invoice and ability to easily electronically sign all paperwork and pay. I went from feeling stuck in my worst nightmare with the initial shock of my computer crashing to feeling at ease and relieved. Every step of the way once I was in contact with Alec & Secure Data Recovery Services was a positive step in the right direction. They were able to provide me with a list of all of my retrieved data so that I could make sure that it was all there before they considered the job complete... seeing all of my files listed out like that and realizing that they could have been lost brought me to tears. I would highly recommend Secure Data Recovery Services to everyone. True professionals.
