update: I've discovered the downside to being a patient with Dr. Nunez - his office has a 72-hour SLA to fill a prescription. In a situation when you lose your existing medication or have a pharmacy hiccup, this can mean you are really stuck till he is available to pay attention to the request. He also takes Wednesdays off, so this can mean you are put in a bad situation, and nobody else in the office can sign off on prescriptions.
In general, I would still recommend Dr. Nunez but would recommend refilling prescriptions the week before you need them, just in case something doesn't work out. And if it's a medication you really rely upon, fill two prescription months so that you have a backup just in case.
