  • I honestly have no real complaints. The place I pay for is very spacious and it's at a great price. I haven't ran into any real maintenance problems either as well. All my neighbours are quite and respectful. I think it's an adorable place to live, the grounds are well up kept and they are doing things to improve the community, plus it's cool as hell there is a convenience store right on site! Even with the one problem I did have maintenance wise which was a leak in my roof, they responded the few times I did have to report it in and responded until the problem was fixed properly. No where is going to be perfect to live at, everyone is human and there are a lot of apartments at this property so I know maintenance has a lot to work with. But honestly out of the probably 6 apartment complexes total I've lived at while being in Phoenix this one is by far the best one I've lived at.
