They are really bad at having appointments open. I called in and was only able to get an appointment 3 months in the future. After I went it, it was really brief. He was able to get me an appointment with a dermatologist, like I wanted. This was in March, skip to around December and I get an invoice stating that I owed 183$. It has a note below saying "1. All insurance information that you may have provided has been billed and the balance is your responsibility. Please send your payment today. Thank you." Usually with medical bills, they explain what they are charging for, however, here all it says is the 183$ I owe and the date. Why am I being charged 183$? for simply being referred to a Dermatologist. Why aren't they disclosing the details of the visit, or what the insurance company may or may have not payed? This sounds very fishy, I'm going to call in to see what's going on.
