Please note the comment to my review just proves my point...........THERE WERE NO SPECIAL ORDER HYACINTHS, THE CENTERPIECES WERE SUPPOSED TO BE FREAKING PEONIES AND DAHLIAS FROM DAY ONE WHICH THE FLORIST'S OWN HAND WRITTEN EVENT ORDER CONFIRMED ALONG WITH HIS PHONE CALL THE WEEK BEFORE THE WEDDING. so let's get the story straight here. that's about all i have to say to that. and if my money hadn't been refunded this would have gotten ugly (ie taken to better business bureau /involving a lawyer) so no one did me any favor refunding my money. i got my refund b/c i ordered and paid for something that i didnt get. and my parents and bridal party thought the centerpieces looked awful, which they did, like leftover clippings from some other arrangements. There was no changing my mind. I was iron clad, painfully specific from day one. take their word or mine, but i was one organized bride. and i'm done re-hashing my experience with this florist.
