  • Mobile order took 15 minutes to come out. Not acceptable, if the whole idea is to beat the lineup. But the funny thing is, waiting in line would have taken 5 minutes. They had either forgotten about my order, or nobody bothered to check. And one more thing: my order had two of the exact same drinks, same size, no customizations and they decided to make it one by one, adding to the wait time. Not very smart, are they?
