| - Yikes. This place is horrific. I went in a month ago to get my new iPhone, and I waited patiently while employees around me were busy with other customers (obviously this is fine) but there were also employees standing around chatting with other employees. I went up to a pair of employees talking to each other, and was ignored for at least 2 minutes. I finally moved on when I saw an employee emerging from the back. I practically ran up to him, he put my name in, and I waited...JUST TO BUY A PHONE. I wasn't there for any other reason. Why they don't have an area for people to simply just purchase things, but instead have to wait amongst others needing repairs done, is beyond me. I finally lost it after 25 minutes of waiting, and went to find another employee. They could tell I was frustrated, so they helped me and it was done. I decided to give it another shot and not write a review then and there, but after today I just can't leave it alone. I will obviously update accordingly after my (hopeful) visit today. My iPhone X (again, brand new as of a month ago) is continually having issues of not being able to send texts to non-iPhone users. I tried calling when they opened this morning, and sat on hold for 20 minutes. I finally hung up, and attempted to book a reservation with the Genius Bar through their website instead. It continually takes me to a blank page that says "We will be right back!". Not sure what that is about, but this is ridiculous. Very non-user friendly website, no one picks up the phone, and the employees are few and far between and clearly don't want to help.
