I was able to make an appointment for next day service, which was great because I have my in laws in town to babysit, however I got home and was very disappointed with my results. I made an appointment to get my hair permed. The stylist strongly urged me to do a cut and color instead. I don't know if she just didn't want to do a perm or if the cut and color cost more but I felt pretty disappointed from the get-go. I took her suggestion because I desperately needed a make over and I only had babysitters for this time.
She got hair dye all over my face! The lighting in the salon is terrible and you will leave not being able to see your results very well. I have taken two showers, used rubbing alcohol and witch hazel to try and get the dye off my face. I look like helmet head. I took her color suggestion and it is way too dark for my face.
My cut and color cost 110, I tipped $20 and the stylist seemed unappreciative.
Now I'm stuck with a terrible color, nothing I wanted when I made the appointment and $130 short. I will not be back and I'll be spreading the word.

The stylist who did my hair called me and offed to fix my hair at no cost. This salon cares about their reputation and I appreciate their willingness to make things right for their unhappy customers.
