rev:text	The guys worked so hard and were great at their job. We really appreciated their help and hard work. My only complaints are: 1. I found a gash in the bedroom wall from them bringing in something. I know it wasn't there before because I just painted the wall the day before. And no one told me, I saw it after they left. 2. There was a big wall clock I love with a swinging pendulum that I put in storage myself so I know it was there, but when they unloaded the pendulum was missing and they had no idea where it was. 3. Two frames were broken, one a rare frame. I know in a move things break but they didn't seem bothered by it at all, even when I was clearly heartbroken. 4. I asked when booking if they will put stuff together and was told yes. But found out moving day it's yes only if they took it apart. And that there are some things they cannot move such as pavers. It would have been nice to know ahead of time. 5. Lastly, two of the guys were great at stacking things up to make the most of the room and really tried to put boxes in the rooms we requested, but the other two just put things wherever instead of making the most of the space. And each time I asked one kid to put something in the dining room he put it in the living room, and anything that went in master closet he just dropped in the master (found at the end it was because he didn't see the walk in closet around the corner, he thought there was no closet). But for the most part it was a positive experience and I definitely felt they were pushing and working hard. Some moving companies that charge by the hour move slow to get the most money out of you, but I can't say enough about how hard they worked to get it done! I would recommend them, but do recommend to the company to give the customer all information up front about what you can and cannot do. Thanks again for all your help!
