  • The bars in the aria are so rotary and non accommodating. I am a local and have never felt less welcome at a place. I am not sure exactly what bar i was at but it was in the casino area and it was just awful. The bartender clearly was annoyed to have a group of people sit at his bar and even more rude to my friends who were visiting from out of Town and questioning about the rules for gambling. The hotel/casino itself is really nice and the pool was incredible as well. However minus the nice man in a chef coat who directed us to the pool area (and actually walked us) customer service Didn't seem to be a priority just about anywhere in the building. The pool guy was very rude as Well. We left and went to NY NY which was much better ?
