  • Drove by this place a few weeks ago, looked interesting, made a trip up there over the weekend. We were definitely the oldest folks in there (it is directly across the street from the Davidson College campus) but everyone was very friendly and welcoming. We sampled a couple of the draft selections and chose the NoDa Cold Clash - delish and I hope I can find it at retail. There is nothing fancy about this space and it's brighter than a traditional bar but it's a pleasant place to enjoy a pint, try something new, converse and spend a little time with friends.
