  • Maurice, one of the leasing office associates was amazing. He not only listened to everything I said, (I was leaving a bad roommate situation) he calmed me down and got my apartment quite quickly. Never in my life have I met a stranger (at the time, now friend) that was so kind and helpful. He has this very caring, calm demeanor that makes it easy to trust him. I wouldn't have rented with Bristol if I did not have someone hold my hand through it all like he did lol. I love my apartment, my favorite aspect are the gray floors and walls. The leasing office has fixed every minor issue (like a light bulb needing replacement) very quickly and efficiently. I am very happy with the customer service and I am happy I chose Bristol at Sunset. Please keep Maurice or give him a pat on the back or something because he most definetly had a huge impact on my decision to move into these apartments! :)
