  • If I could give it zero stars I would. I'm a new patient & I got scolded for coming too early (5 min) to fill out the paperwork. Appt was at 0830, but she doesn't give me the paperwork to fill out til 0840. The finally call me in around 9. Xray tech had to redo several xrays & was really rough, even after I told her she was pushing down too hard. Dr Pham is nice but he was really rough with my cleaning & nicked my lip. He said 'sorry, you'll be ok'. He finds out I work for an airline & starts talking about free travel & passes. I felt like he was about to ask me for some. I left there in more pain than when I came in. I had to go back in today to finish the work that they started last month (I had a crown put in). I am DEFINITELY not coming back. My appt was for 9:30am, at 10:20 they finally put me in a chair. At 10:54 almost AN HOUR & A HALF LATER Dr Pham finally gets started.
