  • My top two Japanese restaurants in Las Vegas. The kindest owner, staff, and kitchen I have found anywhere! Ingredients are always incredibly fresh, and dishes range from traditional to inventive and creative twists on traditional items. If it's your first time you should try a few tostadas, the black cod in butter lettuce, anything they have with uni if you enjoy it (they pride themselves on their selection and freshness). Their sashimi combinations always executed expectations. Front their traditional assortments to their contemporary interpretations. Have fun when you go here, definitely try some of their specials of the day, but not matter what, given their superior quality and friendly and inviting ambiance and service, you're bound to have a great time!
