This hotel is the home of douchebags, especially on the weekends and in the summer. When you have a tattoo parlor and an Affliction store on site, there is no question who the HRH is marketing to. As a result, the staffs of the hotel and businesses there treats their customers like douchebags, providing curt service hoping that a pained smile would make you go away.
The hotel rooms are beautiful although the cleaners are not very thorough in cleaning the bathrooms. I spent time in all three towers. The casino tower is the oldest and smallest, the paradise tower is further away but has nicer decor, and the HRH Tower being full of suites. The penthouse suite there was incredible having a bar in the middle of the suite plus and indoor and outdoor hot spa, a library, and three bedrooms with their own bathrooms.
The prices of the rooms are reasonable since the hotel is off-strip, and the multiple businesses nearby make up for the overpriced dining options inside. However they do charge an 18 dollar resort fee per night which you have to factor in. Basically they give you wifi and shuttle service for this fee so you basically have mandatory wifi which is rather slow since the entire hotel is using it.
