  • I really didn't want to leave this poor review. If Hayden had an emergency out of his control, that took him away for an extended period. I'll gladly change my review. What little contact I had with him was very good. But actual service was non-existent, and I believe I've been more than patient. I contacted Hayden right before the holidays, last week of Dec 2015. I sent him pictures of my location, along with a description of what I needed done. Hayden talked to me over the phone to clarify a few things, and gave me a very competitive ballpark quote. He told me he'd be out of town, and to contact him after the holidays. After new years, I've been calling, and leaving a message almost daily. and sending another email once a week. It's been a month without a single response. His voicemail was full by the second week. But it isn't full right now. My emails may be going into his spam folder, the pictures I originally sent him of my property did according to him. Sometime during the second week of Feb, someone sent me a disappearing message saying he's a friend of Hayden's, and that'd he was out of country for a family emergency, and would be back on the 22nd. Feb 25th, 2016, Hayden sent me an email saying he was still out of the country, with no return date set, and could refer me to someone else. Feb 26th, I've decided to change my original negative review, since I ended up not having Hayden perform any work for me, and he's away indefinitely due to a family emergency.
