Tech who serviced me was definitely a veteran and knowledgeable. However, the wait to be helped was about 45 minutes (I was #5 on the wait list). Having troubleshot my phone's issues at home using the online knowledge base & forums, all I needed was a new SIM card (takes less than 3 minutes to get one, install, and activate). I thought it would have been a really quick visit.
Oh well, what can you do....
Check-in with the associate at front upon arrival is a nice touch to eliminate that frustrated "I was here first!" hysteria amongst the customers
