Had an issue with their website timing out and the reservation pick up and drop off day were off by one day. Called this location 8 times to make a change and no one answered. Called the main 800 number and was told we had to call the local office (you know, the place that wouldn't answer) then was told to email them. Sent two emails with never any replies. Called the day prior when someone finally answered and confirmed the dates were correct. Waited in line for 40 minutes only to be told that the car wasn't available the days we needed but we could pay extra to keep it the three days we needed it, if that makes any sense. The employee actually had the BALLS to say he was doing us a favor by not charging us a cancellation fee when we said that it wasn't going to work for us. As we were walking out the manager tried to stop us to talk to us. Horrible horrible company, unorganized, slow, and from listening to other customers in line, tries to nickel and done you with up charges. Do yourself a favor and go someplace else, take the bus, ride a bike.. Just don't use this place. You'll be happy I warned you.
