  • Made reservations and arrangements to have a pull away bed for my 5 year old. This was no issue over the phone and a 10 dollar charge would be assessed. Fair enough. Checked in and they indicated the bed will be up shortly. Hours later we were told this wasn't possible and sorry. Oh not to mention that this newly remodeled rooms shower wouldn't drain. Spent quality time with the maintenance crew for an hour while they fixed it. If I had of known about the bed and shower situation I would have stayed elsewhere.
