  • Made reservations for my husbands birthday, for 5pm they called and confirmed the reservation before 4pm. We show up at opening time and our reservation time at 5pm. We were left outside waiting with the doors locked called at 5:10 women who answered the phone who said they were about to open the doors took 10 more minuets we were seated at 5:20. We didn't receive our meals until 6:45 My husband and I had to quickly devour our amazing steaks because we needed to leave at 7 to catch a flight. Two other smaller parties were seated near us and served before us, our waitress checked on us a total of 4 times, she stuck by the book as far as a sever goes canned and well rehearsed didn't feel like she earned her 25% added gratuity on a check of $400+ Took her a second passing to clear our empty appetizer plates, and a third passing to ask if we wanted another drink. Really disappointing experience for a place we love to go, I would have at least appreciated an apology especially because I had to hunt someone down to request our check. Never again will we celebrate any family events here.
