  • The one common theme here is you get more of a response when you post a negative response then when you go down to the office. I was with my daughter when she turned in a written notice of moving out a month and a half ago today she goes down to verify and they pull that , what notice? Who did you give it to? When are you moving out? So I call my attorney and fax over the copy of her letter she turned in with the staff signature and dat acknowledging when it was turned into their office and he said wait and see and if they play games he will take of it on his end. So to the staff not everyone is ignorant or stupid no uneducated. Some of us understand landlord tenant law and some of us know what our rights our and understand the importance of a paper trail. You have been put on notice.
